How do I sign up?
1. Pay the $189 Transportation fee, complete the permission slip, and return both to Mr. Temme before November 15th, 2012. Extended to Dec 30!!!! Bring permission slip by Jan 3rd!
2. NEW! Starting October 9th, complete the online Registration for SKI PASSES. Refer to the Club Member Online Purchase Instructions document. After registration return this page to Mr. T.

What should I purchase?
You can get a season pass for $229.99 or pick the 6 trip Monday-Thursday card for $127.99

What do I have to hand in?
You must return to Mr. Temme by November 15th 2012:
1. Check for $189 per person made out to "FLHS Ski Club" for luxury coach transporation.
2. Signed FLHS Ski Club Permission slip (page 2)
3. Group Member Online Purchase Instructions Page (100% filled in) after online registration (page 3)
Online registration and all forms are due back to Mr. Temme by November 15th for the first 45 students on a first come first served basis. (must have 35 in club for trips to run)

Mountain Creek now requires you to pass a quiz and obtain a special pass in order to gain access to South Mountain. All participants under 17 years of age are required to wear a helmet according to NJ STATE LAW.l

About Ski Club
The FLHS ski club takes 6 trips to Mountain Creek in January and February. Our trips are typically on Thursdays leaving the High School Parking lot at 3:30pm and returning at 10pm. The club is open Skiers and Snowboarders. Club members get great deals on Mountain Creek passes and we offer great deals for freinds and family too.
