It is the policy of the Fair Lawn Board of Education to maintain a learning and working environment that is free from sexual harassment. Conduct constituting sexual harassment shall be grounds for disciplinary action. Sexual harassment shall consist of unwelcome sexual advances, request for sexual favors, and verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature carried on by a staff person, a student, or a Board member. The Affirmative Action Officer at the High School should be contacted immediately. |
