FLHS Library

The Library Staff

There are two permanent members of the library staff:

Miriam Parkinson is the newly appointed librarian at Fair Lawn High School.  Prior to coming to the High School, she served as the librarian at the Thomas Jefferson Middle School and the Henry B. Milnes School in Fair Lawn and has also worked in public and business libraries and in advertising. She received a B.A. in History and Education from Northeastern University and a from Rutgers University. Mrs. Parkinson is a Google Certified Teacher and a Montclair State Digital Scholar.

Jadwiga Glowacki, Media Aide, is responsible for the many services that are based in the school's AV (Audio-Visual) Office, including the scheduling of equipment and videotapes for classroom use, and supplying microphones and more for many school activities. She is here during the morning hours only.

In addition to the library staff, there are teachers on "library duty" every period of the day, as well as before school and after school. This year, our faculty library assistants are
